Any such fees paid hereunder are non-refundable in the event any Content is removed from the Service for violating these Terms. 6. Property and Rental Category Postings
6.1 You warrant that you have been granted permissions from your landlord/owner of the property to advertise on 360by247.com, and you possess legal entitlement from them to do so.
6.2 You undertake responsibility that the advertisement shall not contain unlawful means that may lead to
a. misleading or deceptive agreements, or use of defamatory language.
b. sharing of premises that may exceed limits set by the laws.
c. usage or sharing of premises for any immoral activities, or unlawful/illegal purposes.
7. Motors Category Postings
7.1 You undertake the responsibility that you shall not advertise any vehicle that is
a. not under your ownership, or have not been granted sufficient permission to do so.
b. not immediately available for the purpose mentioned in the advertisement.
c. not located within the geographical boundaries of the country.
7.2
8. Jobs Category Postings
8.1 All ads relating to the Jobs availability, should include only 1 position per Ad. Any Ad that announce several positions in a single posting will be deleted after 24h of their posting and no fee will be refunded. An email will be sent informing the User to bring to his/her attention to make the necessary amendments to the Ad within 24 hours of its initial posting, after which the ad will be deleted and no refund given.
